Terms & Conditions
To obtain your ticket for this event, you must present a valid state photo ID, driver's license or passport showing the name of the person that made the ticket(s) registration, and a printed copy of the confirmation page containing the registration ticket number. General admission tickets will not be granted if the name on the ID or credit card does not match the name used to purchase the registration. If you are unable to obtain your ticket for this event because you do not have the confirmation page, a valid photo ID in your possession at the time and place of the event, you will not be given a refund for this purchase and will be directed to purchase a ticket at the venue ticketing window. SPOCOM will not be held liable for all claims against the promoter. The holder of this ticket assumes all responsibilities for any risk of bodily harm or loss of property sustained while attending this event, and waives all rights to lay claim, for damages resulting from any cause whatsoever either before, during, or after this event. Venue and talent are subject to change. All purchases are final.
Possession of a ticket to the Event constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
All ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged nor replaced after purchase and/or claimed by anyone other than person named on the purchase ticket invoice. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE, or other claims met, solely because you have been refused entry or evicted from the Venue or are unable or choose not to attend SPOCOM or your ticket is lost or stolen; or SPOCOM does not meet your expectations. If the event is cancelled you will be refunded the face value of the ticket (the per order processing fee is non-refundable). No money will be refunded or exchanged, unless the event is completely cancelled, when only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. To request a refund for a cancelled event, you must forward your original e-mail receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org Please add the word REFUND in the subject line.

No pass outs will be issued and re-entry to the Event is not permitted
All tickets are non-transferable and cannot be re-sold.
All persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 21.
Children under 10 are allowed in free to the Event. However, proof of identity and age must be provided on request at the admissions gate. SPOCOM USA, the "Promoter" reserves the right to refuse admission if its staff or agents are in any doubt whatsoever as to the age of the person being presented as being Under 10.
All ticket holders consent to any official filming and sound recording as members of the audience and to the use, reproduction, storage and broadcasting of such films and recordings (including any copies made) by the promoter.
This ticket may not be sold,resold or used for any promotional purposes without the written agreement of the promoter, and the title to this ticket remains with the promoter until payment has been received.
Ticketholders and/or their property may be subject to search by security staff at any time while on site. Ticketholders may be refused entry or ejected from the venue without refund in certain circumstances. If you are in possession of illegal substances you will be arrested.
Alcohol and food will NOT be allowed to be brought into this event.
Offensive weapons or other similar articles are not permitted at all SPOCOM USA events and any person in possession of such articles may be refused entry, ejected and/or arrested.
No pet animals are allowed on the event floor other than dogs assisting the visually or aurally impaired.
Under the State of California CPC § 346:
It is illegal to sell tickets that were bought for the purpose of resale for more than face value on the grounds of the event venue without the written permission from SPOCOM USA.
